Bio:

Claire Fudge’s ethos is equipping clients with the tools and skills to meet their goals! She uses a science-led nutrition coaching journey to support clients and athletes to optimise their diet, symptom relief and performance in sport and health. Her successful system is based on an evidence-based practical approach, attention to detail, and using the latest techniques in nutritional assessment. There is no standard approach and no standard "diet"; Claire creates unique treatment packages depending on your specific requirements. Her clinic is based in Solihull for face to face appointments although most clients prefer video and online consultation and coaching.

Claire’s clients range from those who wish to manage their appetite, weight and body composition to clients with specific medical conditions and dietary needs; including but not limited to IBS, IBD, diabetes, intolerances, disordered eating and clinical eating disorders. She works closely with specialist medical professionals spanning gastroenterology, psychology and endocrinologists.

Science and sport is Claire’s passion; graduating from Kings College London in 2003 with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, I set out to advance my clinical dietetics practice working within in a wide range of medical specialties and disease states. Having practiced as a clinical dietitian since 2003 and High Performance Sports Nutritionist since 2010 she shares her passion for sport, health and food with her clientele. Claire Fudge has over 17 years of practical experience across a wide variety of clinical specialties and professional industry; including diabetes, weight management, bariatric surgery, eating disorders, gastroenterology, IBS, oncology, sports medicine, and nutrition support.

As a competitive Ironman triathlete and endurance athlete; sport has become an important part of her life ; a passion Claire pursues in her professional work as a High-Performance Sports Nutritionist. She knows what it takes to train, work and fuel!

Claire has been privileged to work as a specialist supporting Sporting bodies for young athletes with the DISE, TASS and high performance pathways supported by Sport England; including British Athletics, UKA, Volleyball England ,Hockey England and Netball England, Motorsport Association, British Pentathlon and as a High Performance Nutritionist with Team Bath. She also provided support for professional athletes on the professional and Elite Triathlon circuits and for the Olympics. For Claire Fudge, learning is life long; she ensures that she keeps up to date with the most recent research attending conferences, update courses and regular clinical supervision.

Claire Fudge has layers of practical professional experience, working knowledge of medical conditions and understanding what it takes; she supports clients and athletes to fulfil their true potential and reach life long changes to manage medical conditions and appetite.
