Our concierge team is the beating heart of Medstars. We support our members when they need it the most. If you have been referred for specialist care, understanding who is the best practitioner for you or a loved one be a very overwhelming experience at a time when you are in the most need of guidance. Our all year round concierge service is part of our exclusive Serenity membership. However we want to be able to guide as many people to the very best care.
