Practising at several private clinics across the north-west, he is also Clinical Lead for acute pain services at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and manages the cancer pain patients referred from the Willowbrook Hospice. He performs over 300 pain management procedures every year and in March 2019, Dr Salmin Aseri was recognised as the 'Anaesthesia & Pain Medicine Consultant of the Year for North West England' in Global Health & Pharma's Private Healthcare Awards.
