Mr Mark O'Sullivan has an impressive range of postgraduate expertise. In his NHS work at a Birmingham teaching hospital, he specialises in treating children and young adults with rare dermatological conditions affecting the feet and is much in demand for his expertise. "I spend most of my free time playing sports, in particular squash and golf. During the warmer months, I try and undertake some physical challenges such as a marathon or a triathlon to keep me motivated. This gives me additional interest and insight into sports injuries when back at work."

Mr Mark O’Sullivan has been working as a podiatrist for 15 years. Over this time, in his NHS role, he has specialised in biomechanics, dermatology and nail surgery. This has allowed Mr Mark O’Sullivan to develop further clinical expertise in his private practice and undertake postgraduate studies in the field of biomechanics, acupuncture, dermatology, diabetes, nail surgery, verruca needling and steroid injections. A lot of his patients ask him how/why he wanted to become a podiatrist! In truth, it was a late decision when coming to the end of his college life. Despite this, he feels very fortunate to have found himself a job that he really enjoys. The combination of specialities and services that Mr Foster has learned and developed over the years leads him to feel confident in the service that he provides.
